Modern Slavery Statement
Effective date: June 2025
Parties: Partners and Contractors associated with Unlock Potential
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Unlock Potential has taken, and continues to take, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.
Our commitment
Unlock Potential exists to elevate human potential through strategic transformation, cultural intelligence, and emotionally resonant leadership. We are committed to operating ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all our relationships. We recognise the profound human cost of modern slavery and take seriously our responsibility to ensure our operations and partnerships uphold dignity, safety, and freedom from exploitation.
Our structure and services
Unlock Potential works across leadership development, organisational design, and wellbeing innovation. We partner with leaders, boards, and institutions to shape strategic messaging, service positioning, and cultural transformation. Our services are delivered by a network of consultants, facilitators, suppliers and collaborators who share our values of empowerment, psychological safety, and ethical practice.
Risk assessment and due diligence
Given the nature of our work, our direct risk of modern slavery is low. However, we remain vigilant in assessing risk across:
Third-party suppliers, including venues, print and design partners, and wellbeing providers
Freelance and contracted collaborators
International partnerships and digital platforms
We conduct due diligence on suppliers and collaborators, prioritising those who demonstrate ethical sourcing, fair labour practices, and transparency in their own supply chains.
Policies and training
We uphold a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. Our internal policies reflect this stance and are reviewed annually. We are committed to:
Embedding ethical procurement practices
Ensuring fair and safe working conditions for all collaborators
Providing guidance and training to our team on identifying and responding to potential risks
Looking ahead
Unlock Potential will continue to strengthen our approach by:
Expanding supplier assessments to include explicit modern slavery criteria
Collaborating with partners who share our commitment to human rights and ethical practice
Reviewing and updating our policies in line with evolving legislation and best practice
We believe that transformation begins with integrity. Our commitment to preventing modern slavery is part of our broader mission to unlock human potential ethically, responsibly, and with care.
Partners have joint ownership of this document and are responsible for ensuring that this policy is checked and, if necessary, updated at least annually.
